Lettuce Mix - A delicious blend of greens for a salad base to add any combination of toppings

Green onions - Cooked or raw, these onions add great flavour to any dish.

Oregano - perfect pairing with tomato!


Choi - 2 types: totsoi (small round leaf), joi choi (larger leaf and stem). Both are similar and can be used interchangeably with pok choi A tasty ingredient for a stir fry!


Spinach - Delicious in raw or cooked dishes like a fresh salad with strawberries, smoothie, soup, quiche or pasta sauce.


Tomatoes - Lots of options! Sliced on a sandwich, chopped in a salad or sliced and drizzled with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and cheese!


Red Gem Lettuce - A very beautiful and flavourful romaine-type lettuce.

Although we do our utmost to rinse field dirt from everything in your share, it is not fully washed and we recommend that you wash everything before consumption to remove any remaining soil.

We do our best to avoid the use of plastic bags but for some items it is unavoidable in order to maintain product quality and for the practicality of transporting it home.
